When UseRangeOperators is set to yes,
the [a TO b], [a TO b},
{a TO b] and {a TO b}
operators are interpreted as
range operators.
When UseRangeOperators is set to no,
the range operators are ignored, and the words a,
TO and b are considered as three
separate search terms.
The default value is no, for performance purposes.
